Wow, so we're still running with the RSoM thing. I'm not really expecting to win. In fact, I'm kind of hoping that we don't. We've been working on this thing for over two weeks straight. I've got exact "sketchboards" that lay out the story to a certain point and I'm currently stalled out until I get a few other designs ironed ot with Beru-chan. But we've got the main plot finally figured out (gasp, a real plot, lookit that) and an actual sort of ending worked on. We really only have the majority of the major points and it gets a bit fuzzy after the next big event... But the plot's in motion starting with either chapter two or three, depending on how we divide it up. Haven't really sat down to figure it out yet. I just don't think that it's really all that noticeable until things start happening because of that first instance.

So, yeah. There's this picture I spent hours working on. Which is really really weird for me. Started it around 11pm, just doing a doodle. I was supposed to draw out an info sheet for this one character. But I didn't. Instead worked on that and realized at 1:30am that I wasn't going to work on anything else. That was somewhere between inking and sketching. I had three characters inked and then decided I didn't like the rest, so I started over on them... I don't think that I'm allowed to "publish" it since they're the same characters that we're using for the entry, but if anyone really wants to see it, I can send a link to it in a note. *wishes scanner hadn't made the colors look so crappy*

Anyways, still working on that. I'm afraid that I might not get that Halloween pic done because of it. Oh well. I don't even know where the sketch for that's gone. I have this big ol' green binder I've been hauling around instead with all this other story stuff. It still doesn't even have a name yet, although Beru-chan claims that it has a working title. If I started calling it that, though, I know it'd stick. >x> So still thinking about something else for it.

Nya, I have a very one-track mind for this thing. Really weird since I'm not usually one to focus on one thing for so long. I keep writing these ginormous e-mails detailing things and doing all these doodles of characters and ideas and just stuff. It's to the point where any given character is somehow linked to every other character in some way or another. Mostly due to the character based off of me, who's become the kind of character to know everyone and everything about them, but never really explains how she can know all this dirt on them because there's no one specific source. (( Beru-chan, when you read this, everything about Kay that her family is at least in part aware of, Marie knows what it is. Don't know if I'd pointed that out before or not, but it applies to everyone, not just Tal. XD ))

It's hard to believe that October's already halfway through. I don't want it to be, somehow. I have mid-terms this week. Second block starts soon. That just means we're that much closer to finals. And I still haven't gotten my schedule for that figured out. Somehow, my religion and Japanese teachers both decided to schedule their exams for the exact same time. I've pointed out to both of them that I can't be in the JSB and the JFSB (similar names, but a good five minute's fast walk away from each other, not counting the stairs) on December 19th from 8-10pm for the final. Doesn't work for me to take two tests at teh exact same time. Stupid scheduled tests. I haven't ever even had a class that late, let alone a test. It'll be dark by the time I even get to campus, not to mention trying to get back home. I'll have to ride my bike in the dark and in the cold and go down the hill on university hoping that no one'll swerve and hit me. >__<;; At least it's downhill and not up. Nut my teachers still haven't rescheduled that for me yet... And the only other ones I have scheduled are on the 20th at 5:45 and the 21st from 3-6pm. And that's why my family's coming to pick me up instead of me going to see them for Christmas. I'm really hoping we'll be home for it, since the other option is that we'll be at grandma Hunter's house. And it's really stressful to be there since they're both really old and my parents like us to be super-well behaved, which means that we can't be noisy unless we're outside and we're usually expected to sit around with the adults and not play around while everyone's talking. So yeah. I'd much rather be at home where we scream and laugh and act like five-year-olds on Christmas morning, and then we always do something together as siblings. Last year it was playing Tales of Symphonia and no one has any idea how freaking amazingly fun that was to just sit around and play while our parents kind of watched and mostly just sat together on the couch talking. >w< The year before that, somebody got some crazy rocket balloon thing and we all went out barefoot in the street and played with it for hours. The joys of stupid toys. XD

Hm, yes. Good times... Make me wanna be homesick again. But not really. I'll get to see them all at least for Christmas, and maybe even Thanksgiving. We shall see. And Ive been rambling long enough... @__@;;
